The Slendertone Arm Toner includes three toning programs which can be used with or without exercise and triceps and biceps workouts.

Press the ‘P’ button to display these training programs. Program 1 is set when you switch your controller on for the first time. The controller features 'Auto-Progression' which means that it will automatically progress through each program one after another. Simply follow the sessions as prompted on the screen.
You cannot change a program during a session. You must first switch your controller off and
then on again. Then you can select a different program by pressing the program button.
