We recommend to tone for 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week for 6 weeks. For best results, Slendertone should be used as a complement to healthy eating and regular exercise. The 15-minute Abs Blitz toning can be used as ‘Top-Up’ or standalone program if you only have time to complete a 15-minute toning session.
