The 'Plank Partner' program has two 1 min phases. First 1 min phase is a setup phase where user can get into plank position and adjust intensity to tolerable level. During the second min, longer contraction pulses will be delivered while user is in plank position. There is no rest phase defined in the program after 2 mins. User can repeat the program after a comfortable rest period.
