Reset my password but it doesn't work!

First of all let's clarify what are you trying to reset your password for: -

• The Slendertone website, www.slendertone.com, you may have set up an account to keep track of your Slendertone orders

OR

• Are you trying to log in to the Slendertone Connect app to complete a toning session?
