We do apologise as we are currently experiencing longer than expected lead times due to Brexit. You will receive your tracking details as soon as your order ships from our UK warehouse. All orders are shipped with DPD. DPD are experiencing some delays within their network, but please be assured that we are working with them to get all orders delivered as quickly as possible.
With the help of our chosen partner DPD, we aim to deliver within the stated lead times below but there can be exceptions. To ensure a successful first time delivery please ensure that you include your phone number, postcode, house/apartment number, together with an access code if applicable, when placing your order.

All orders above are shipped via DPD, will require a signature on delivery and are traceable.
We recommend that you download the DPD app from the App Store which will allow you to keep up to date with the status of your delivery, make changes to the delivery date or even the delivery address.
After you have placed your order with us, DPD will text/email you on the day of delivery (as long as you have provided us with your mobile number/email address). If the day of delivery is not acceptable then call the number on the message received, if you have not downloaded the app, and rearrange a suitable day.
If you are not in when DPD attempts delivery, DPD will leave a calling card so that you can rearrange delivery with them. DPD will not re-attempt delivery, your order will be returned to the local depot, and DPD will wait to hear from you. Your order will be held at the local depot for up to 7 days before it is returned to us.
