Please note the following when you wish to return a product to Slendertone: -
- You have a cooling period of fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received your product, to return it.
- Only products purchased directly from www.slendertone.com can be returned to Slendertone. Slendertone products purchased through other retailers must be returned to the retailers in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- All returns require an authorisation number which is issued by our Customer Care Team. This ensures that your return is fully traceable and you receive all monies due. It is advisable to keep note of your return authorisation number until you receive your refund.
- All products are your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend that you use a secure and traceable shipping method. If we do not receive your returned product(s), you will need to file a claim with the postal service directly.
