When pairing, if the serial numbers do not match then it is likely that there is another Connect controller in the vicinity that is also in pairing mode. You can select 'Not mine' to start another search. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care Team.
If no serial number appears at all you need to put your controller into pairing mode, turn your controller on, and then press and hold the '-' button on the controller for five seconds.
