Yes. Every time you install the Connect app, you will be prompted to go through the belt pairing process before you can start toning with your app.
By using your existing log-in details you will not have to go through the registration process and motivation selection again.
To restart the pairing process, you must first 'unpair your controller' from your smart device. See related articles below.
