If you close the Connect app during a toning session, your toning session will continue if you have enabled the 'Allow uninterrupted toning' feature in the Settings menu of the app.
If you have not enabled this option, the toning session will automatically 'Pause' when you leave the Connect app, you receive a phone call or your screen goes into Power Saving mode.
You can continue your toning session by controlling the product via the controller. The intensity can be increased and decreased by using the plus and minus buttons on the controller. If you want to pause or cancel a session, simply press the power button in the centre of the controller. When your session finishes, your controller automatically turns off. Please ensure your controller is Powered off before removing your belt.
