After each toning session you will receive a summary of F.I.T. points earned during that session which are added to achieve your weekly goal.
F.I.T. points are based on a unique calculation of: -
Frequency number of toning sessions you completed
Intensity stimulation level at which you use the toning session
Toning power score difficulty of your current toning programme
The F.I.T. score weekly summary is calculated by adding up the F.I.T. points earned for each session performed during that week.
