People come in all shapes and sizes and the gel pad positioning can be easily customised for your body type.
You can move the middle gel pad slightly higher or lower than your navel. There are three size indicators on the belt, to help you target specific muscles based on the location of the nerves.
You can move the two side gel pads to accommodate different sizes. For larger waists, move away from the middle gel pad and closer for slimmer waists.
Pause the programme and reposition the middle gel pad slightly higher on your stomach. If this does not help, move the two side gel pads to a larger figure setting on the belt (away from the middle gel pad).
