Track your order
To see the delivery progress of your order, check the tracking link in your Shipment Confirmation email, this email’s subject line will be ‘A shipment update for order GB-xxxxxx’.
Check the estimated lead time
Please remember that the lead time is estimated, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after.
Still waiting for your order
In some exceptional cases, the tracking may not be updated, so please check the following: -
- Look for an attempted delivery card
- Look around the delivery location for your order, was it left in a ‘safe place’?
- Did someone else accept the delivery on your behalf?
Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered, our delivery partners will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on the tracking link for updates.
