The 'Plank Partner' programme has two 1 min phases. First 1 min phase is a setup phase where user can get into plank position and adjust intensity to tolerable level. During the second min, longer contraction pulses will be delivered while user is in plank position. There is no rest phase defined in the programme after 2 mins. User can repeat the programme after a comfortable rest period.
