What do I have to do?
You will receive everything you need in your 6 Week Challenge Toning Kit to achieve your goals. The rest is simple – a combination of Ab toning, healthy eating, regular exercise and progress tracking to see best results. Over the 6 Weeks, you should aim to do the following
- Ab toning – 30 mins a day, x5 times a week for the first 3 weeks, and x10 times a week for the final 3 weeks
- Exercise 2-3 times a week - You are provided with a structured exercise plan outlining how many toning sessions to complete, brisk walks with your ab toning belt and finally bonus circuit exercises to push yourself that bit further
- Healthy eating - You will be provided with a selection of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners which will allow you to mix and match each week to ensure you have a varied, nutritious balance of meals
- Weekly Progress tracking – Goal tracking, taking note of your weekly progress and waistline measurements ensures you are fully focused on the challenge. This progress tracking will keep you on track and encourage you to work harder to see even better results.
