Before starting the challenge, we would encourage you to take ‘Before’ pictures of your torso, then after completing the 6 weeks take a similar ‘After’ photo. You can submit these to firstname.lastname@example.org or #slendertone on social media to be in with a chance of winning a free set of gel pads. One winner will be chosen at random each month.
